My One and Only Daughter
I love this little girl so much! Last night she came to me with tears in her eyes and said "I Love you mommy". We just hugged for a really long time. I am so thankful she is still here and wasn't taken from us 5 years ago when she almost drowned. What a blessing she is. I thank my Heavenly Father everyday for sparing her life.

i had no idea! gosh, how scary! i'm glad to see everything worked out the way it was suppose to.
We were brand new to the ward when Bishop Garlock told the story of the near-drowning as part of his Testimony. We didn't know anyone's names yet, so obviously didn't know who he was talking about, but were still touched by the story.
A few months ago, he re-told part of the story to me, only this time when he mentioned Madisen's name, I nearly froze because NOW I know who she is... What a blessing to still have her in your lives!
And I loved watching her having fun and being silly last Friday!
