Madisen and Spencer came home Saturday on the train with Grandma. Their train was 1 hour and a 1/2 late but they finally made it. Grandma went home Sunday evening back to Portland.
They both had a blast in Portland for the week. They played with their cousin's, went to the zoo, chucky cheese and even went strawberry picking. I can't wait to get the pictures back from my sister Stephanie. Stephanie actually had Madisen and Spencer the most. She is such a trooper to have had 5 kids for the week. My mom was able to take a day off and go to the zoo with them.
We are all glad to have them home.

How fun for your kids... and I'm sure you're so glad to have them home safe and sound! This actually brings back sooo many memories for me. My grandma lives in Portland and when I was growing up my sister and I would take the train to go visit her in the summer. My grandma would always take us strawberry picking when we were little too. Your kids will have so many fond memories of this.

Looks like you've been a busy bee lately. I'm glad you're getting projects finished around your house. Good luck selling it. I will definitely keep you all in my prayers.
